Yes! There are two ways to do this. Visit any participating McDonald's restaurant and ask a crew member at the counter to load your Arch Card. You can also reload or set up automatic reloads by visiting the McDonald's gift card Online Reload Website using your credit card (starting at $10). Be sure to keep your activation and reload receipts; you will need them to replace a lost or stolen card.

For lost or stolen cards, call (800) 244-6227 immediately to cancel your card. Then complete and send in the Lost/Stolen Arch Card® Form (PDF 63 KB) along with your original activation receipt. For damaged cards, call (800) 244-6227 immediately to cancel and replace your card. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of replacement physical gift cards.
