Gift cards may be shipped to valid street addresses within the United States. For your protection, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or international addresses. The shipping address can be different than the billing address.
McDonald’s physical gift cards can be delivered to one address per order. If you want to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Receiving & Redeeming
Each physical gift card is placed on a McDonald’s branded carrier and includes a gifting envelope.
All of the physical gift cards in your order will be received in one shipping package.

For properly submitted claims, a new card will be issued for the remaining balance at the time of deactivation. If your request qualifies, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of replacement Arch Cards.
You can use Arch Cards at any of the 13,000+ at participating restaurant locations throughout the U.S. when ordering via the drive-thru, at the register or the kiosk. Please visit our site at McDonalds.com and do a search using your zip code to find the closest restaurant near you.
There is no expiration date on your gift card. We recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it, so you don't forget.
Yes! There are two ways to do this. Visit any participating McDonald's restaurant and ask a crew member at the counter to load your Arch Card. You can also reload or set up automatic reloads by visiting the McDonald's gift card Online Reload Website using your credit card (starting at $10). Be sure to keep your activation and reload receipts; you will need them to replace a lost or stolen card.
You can click Track Orders and use your Email Address and Order Number found on your emailed purchase receipt to track your order, if you selected a shipping method that included tracking.
